About the job

Minimum Requirements :

• Diploma in Bookkeeping / Accounting with a solid understanding of basic book keeping and accounting payable

• 3-5 Years minimum experience with creditors & debtors (experience in reconciling creditors accounts, age analysis, communicating via telephone with creditors / debtors)

• Proficient in the full Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) - computer literate

• Strong organisational and administrative experience

• Professional communication skills

• Works well independently as well as in a team

• Can meet deadlines

About:

Position based in Pietermaritzburg. 5 half days a week or 3 full days a week to start in September. Applications close Friday 5pm, 20 August.
