We are looking for a result-driven and analytical Finance & Accounting Manager to assist in the set up of finance and accounting function in the organization.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assist in the finance and accounting function set up including putting the processes in place
• Drive the entire accounting function, provide strategic planning, analysis, best practice sharing in view to achieve Gross Margin and spend within budget
• Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored
• Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times
• Prepare and review detailed budgets including forecasts, using accurate accrual accounting
• Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met to meet regional requirements

What You Will Need to Succeed

• CPA, ACCA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar qualifications. Big 4 experience preferable.
• Experienced in finance and accounting function set up
• Experienced in accounting systems and tools such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks with the highest attention to detail
• Energetic and motivated; a self-starter and a demonstrated team leader
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to interact with all levels
• Works well independently and capitalizes on opportunities to learn and grow
