    Your role is to lead and grow our Customer Experience (CX) practice. Our CX Consultants at Wunderman Thompson have a seemingly simple job - to deliver remarkable customer experiences that inspire growth for some of the world’s largest brands. They own the customer and user journey across the full business spectrum on behalf of clients, using research and data insights to inspire growth. They are comfortable with leading digital innovation for clients, they thrive on turning complex information into compelling stories and brilliant brand interactions.

    The best customer experiences can’t be created by individuals, you should be reaching across the traditional disciplinary silos forging new forms of collaboration, championing customer- centred design through from project kick-off to delivery.

    Your responsibilities

    • Own and drive our CX vision throughout our organisation
    • Ensure world-class work from our CX team
    • Lead and build great working relationships with our clients
    • Design, scope and lead projects that create exceptional customer experiences for our clients
    • Grow business effectiveness, best-practice measurement and benchmarking.
    • Turn complex customer information into compelling mapped journeys.
    • Generate best-practice journey maps, user flows and interaction models.
    • Run inspirational and effective workshops with clients, customers and internal teams.
    • Add value to the design, rapid innovation and prototyping of concepts for clients.
    • Provide feedback to give clear direction, provide additional stimulus and thought starters to creative teams.
    • Keep the creative and design team motivated and excited about the work.
    • Ensure our clients optimize their customer touchpoints to grow their businesses and brands.
    • Create and give presentations which are logical, coherent, concise and jargon-free, supported by robust insights and data.
    • Persuasively get a point across in a clear, concise and ego-free manner.
    • Think proactively about things that can help strengthen the relationship above and beyond the day to day.
    • Great working relationships with all internal departments.
