    Junior IT Support Technician

    About the job
    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    •  Support, technical troubleshooting, and user support
    •  Manage on and offsite data backup
    •  Ad hoc tasks relevant to the role

     

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    •  Grade 12 or equivalent
    •  A+ (Plus) Certification
    •  Tertiary Education will be advantageous (this includes any short courses)
    •  Must have driver's license
    •  Basic network troubleshooting, Hardware Knowledge
    •  1-year relevant experience in a support role
    •  Credit card machine installation & repair - added advantage

     

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

    •  To start as soon as possible
    •  Reside in Port Elizabeth
    •  Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in English and Afrikaans.
