    About the job

    • Medical Receptionist post available in Pretoria East Erasmuskloof. Must have at least 2 years experience and be able to handle bookings and reception for 3 Practitioners. Friendly, warm, caring. Be able to multi task and work fast.


    Responsibilities:

    •  Management of client services and smooth integration
    •  Client Interaction
    •  Record Keeping
    •  Filing
    •  Telephone skills
    •  File Management
    •  Presentation Skills
    •  Application of telephone etiquette
    •  Effective bookings application
    •  Report technical faults asap for effective productivity​​
    •  Computer literacy a must

    Full-time - R10 000 per month

    Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm

    Sat: 8am - 1 pm
