    Office Administrative Assistant

    Role Purpose:

    • Answering phones, messaging and handling occasional first line customer support
    • General admin tasks - arranging couriers, pickups, accomodation, travel, filling forms and applications etc
    • Loading payments and ensuring bills are uploaded into our accounting system
    • Creating invoices, sending statements to customers, following up on payments, reconciliations and reports from Xero

    Characteristics we are looking for:

    • Young and eager to learn
    • Good written communication skills
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Matric
    • Some experience in invoicing would be an advantage
