Remote Ops Specialist at OfferZen

Your mission as the OfferZen Remote Ops specialist is to design and optimise remote operations processes, enable a strong remote work culture, and cultivate the employee experience in a remote setting.

You'll need to passionate about organisational design, human behaviour and business processes as the tasks of the role optimise for all three.
Your day-day will consist of research and discovery, evaluating current ways of working and designing systems and processes so that OfferZen can continue to be agile and future fit as we expand globally and drive a remote-first culture.
In this role you'll be responsible for

• Creating a scalable and effective communication system that has a consistent cadence and allows for connection and visibility across distributed teams
• Create remote best practices to empower and support leaders to adapt to changes
• Creating new and questions old ways of working that may hinder team effectiveness across distributed teams
• Tooling and systems to automate and optimise our current ways of work
• Develop systems and process along with People ops teams to adapt and proactively plan for future fit (globally distributed team)
• Create a long-term view and roadmap of how to build inclusive teams through technology, best practice and team communication

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or drop out for good reason)
• Related experience (:4 year minimum) in People operations, product management, culture management, behavioural design.
• Efficient project management and people management skills
• Experienced in change management and rolling out projects from inception through to evaluation
• Understanding of employee experience design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a fast growing company is a bonus
• Fantastic knowledge of remote best practices & common issues is a bonus
