As this is a company that is dependent on the number of students it enrolls, Sales is the main aspect of the business.
Sales Consultant Duties

• Sell the services and solutions that the company offers.
• Maintain and grow a strong client base.
• Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
• Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service enquiries.
• Be a “brand ambassador” that represents the company’s brand and values.

Sales Consultant Skills

• Strong negotiating and selling skills.
• Be well-groomed and presentable.
• Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs.
• Not buckling under pressure and be very target driven.
• Being computer literate in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Being calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues.
• Working well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell packages that the company offer from the events
• Attend to all online events and interact with potential students
• Reach targets sets by the sales manager
• Make calls to bring in revenue
• After sales service including personal delivery of “Welcome Packs”
• Appropriately addressing customer queries
   

 Requirements

• Computer literacy
• Good people skills
• Strong persuasive skills and assertiveness
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Time management skills
• Strong sales, interpersonal and business development skills and acumen
• Experience and track record in high performance sales environments
• Experience with forex trading/ crypto trading
• Knowledge about what bitcoin is all about
