    • Secretarial functions relating to meeting attendance and minutes where required
    • Keep clients updated with developments in investments
    • Ensure that the clients’ investment strategies remains appropriate for the clients
    • Provide trustee investments training as and when required.
    • Conducting presentations and workshops for clients
    • Maintaining ongoing relationships with all clients
    • Following up queries and resolving problems of clients
    • Daily communication and correspondence with clients, both formal and informal
    • Ensuring timeous response to client queries and requests within the client portfolio
    • Maintaining existing client base
    • Ongoing client contact and interaction
    • Liaising with investment managers and other external parties when necessary
    • Keeping abreast of all investments developments / self development
    • Managing the entire process of workflow within the portfolio
    • Delivering of service and commitments to the client
    • Building maintaining a trust relationship with client
    • Remaining client focused at all times
    • Monitoring of fees
    • Ongoing reviewing of fees in line with any changes, and assessment of appropriate fee structure
    • Ensure the correct fees are being charged, and that additional work is being charged.

    • Setting of accurate budgets and targets for the client portfolio
    • Trustee Meetings and Investment Committee Meetings
    • Attending Trustee Meetings and Investment Committee Meetings of clients
    • Responsibility for ensuring the standard of agenda packs, minutes and consulting advice is maintained within the client portfolio
    • Attending other ad hoc meetings
    • Managing a portfolio of clients
    • Maintain, service and assist on a portfolio of clients in order to add value to the client, and to achieve client satisfaction, whilst being responsible for the managing of the client portfolio.
    • Provide advice pertaining to investments including risk, governance and compliance, legislation and pending changes which could impact on each client’s investment strategy.
    • Compile and agree on year plan with each client
    • Act as the interface between the client and other internal departments
    • Facilitating and co-coordinating internal contacts
    • Internal co-ordination and liaison to ensure ultimate client service and attainment of client objectives
    • Delegation and instruction to internal departments
    • Liaison and communication with internal departments on issues pertaining to the daily managing of the client portfolio
    • Giving input to more effective methods, and resources in assisting other internal departments to be more operationally effective in delivery on the client portfolio
    • Ensuring tasks are completed to satisfaction
    • Monitoring and follow up of instructions and information requests
    • Management & Development of Self & Others

    • Gives input and mentorship to the development of junior consultants supporting the servicing of the client portfolio
