Overall Job Purpose:

• Manage and maintain the life cycle of IT Software Asset platforms and associated integrations, data quality and presentation and operational housekeeping within acceptable standards and service levels

Education and experience required

• Bachelor`s Degrees Or Advanced Diploma
• COMPTIA Cloud or Related Certification
• Flexera Technical Engineer
• SQL Database Administrator Certification
• ITIL
• CSAM - Certified Senior Practitioner in Asset Management - Southern African Asset Management
• 4 - 5 Years experience
• 3 years Project management experience

Responsibilities:

• Flexera FNMS/Absa Cloud connectivity Infrastructure
• Flexera beacon and agent infrastructure
• Maintenance and upkeep of Flexera AppPortal, workflow and related infrastructure
• Software Asset Management data warehouse and API connectivity
• Flexera business connectors and integrations required for Software Asset Management
• Infrastructure health of Flexera Inventory and all business connectors
• Flexera housekeeping and software reconciliation tasks
• Flexera Discovery implement and maintain
• Software Asset Management baselines, normalisations and gaps
• Implement and Maintain Software Asset Management data warehouse
• Investigations and corrective actions in case of issues with any part of the overall Flexera Infrastructure 
• Lease with key stakeholders where needed
• Continuous improvement of Flexera Infrastructure to enable optimal Software Asset Management
• Providing data and reporting necessary for regulatory compliance, software asset management, license renewal, and contract renewal
