    Supplier Manager

    Role Purpose    

    • Build and manage relationships with suppliers that delivers value to our clients through the ongoing relationship with Multiply

    Requirements    
    Qualifications

    • Bcom or Degree in commerce

    Experience

    • 3-5 Years’ experience in Supplier Management
    • Understanding of Merchandising, Supply Chain Management and Logistics
    • Relationship Management
    • Negotiation skills

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Create and implement supplier management strategies that deliver value for Multiply and our clients as well as for the suppliers.
    • Accountable for inbound supply chain from suppliers, ensuring compliance and order requirements are fulfilled in lien with company standards.
    • Ensure merchandise is delivered in line with service level agreements to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Build and leverage networks to acquire suppliers that deliver on the business strategy through negotiation and relationship building.
    • Act as key contact to suppliers to ensure ongoing relationship management, service management and supplier management.
    • Continuously review and improve the usability of products and services rendered by using usage and feedback metrics.
    • Pursue cost saving goals by unlocking additional value from existing and new suppliers aligned to our business strategy and client value proposition.
    • Negotiate and analyse contractual agreements with supplier to ensure compliance with internal standards, governance and terms.
    • Identify, control and manage risks that may have a negative impact on the contract performance.
    • Responsible for tracking, approving and analysing spend to support the driving of commercial value from the contract.

    • Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
