Detailed Description

• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages, e-mails and fax messages
• Maintain general filing system and file all correspondence
• Provide customer services in line with quality and performance standards
• Build positive customer relations and solve or escalate customer queries and complaints
• Adhere to agreed processes in order to deliver targeted operational results.
• Continuously strive to enhance and improve the Switchboard operations.
• Proactively suggest improvements in customer service and relations where applicable.

Job Requirements

• Matric
• Knowledge of Siemens and Avaya switchboards
• 2 years’ experience in large switchboards.
