Talent Acquisition Manager Africa leads the end-to-end recruitment efforts for South Africa & Sub Saharan Africa acting as a trusted advisor and partner to the business in acquiring top talent for Reckitt. This role reports into TA Lead Africa Middle East and has one Talent Acquisition Sourcer reporting into it

Position base: Johannesburg  

You will…

• be accountable for overseeing the day-to-day hiring activities in the geography (South Africa & Sub Saharan Africa)

• manage the region Talent Acquisition Team to ensure they build a pipeline of talent through their respective locations through university relationships, talent mapping, employee networks and direct sourcing to acquire the best talent to meet current and future pipeline needs

• provide end-to-end recruiting for assigned client groups / specific positions / confidential searches. You will liaise with managers and country HR to understand vacancy briefs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top-quality candidates

• take a lead role in hiring difficult to fill and senior roles in your geography as required

• build out talent pipeline

• carry out regular reporting on recruitment metrics and manage activities of the recruitment team to ensure achievement of KPIs

• drive TA process excellence across the geography and ensure the team consistently delivers the highest level of Candidate Experience
