ROLE PURPOSE
To provide Estate Provider Benefit wills drafting support by means of taking will instructions, ensuring finalisation, signing, collection and safe custody of wills to the channels and clients (where required), by understanding the unique market segments they operate in and engaging proactively on Momentum Trust's Estate Provider Benefit offering.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS
INTERNAL PROCESS
Collaborate with business stakeholders and channel management in order to understand product specific enablement needs.
Engage with channel and clients in a client centric manner that will enable a better understanding of Momentum Trust's product offering.
CLIENT
Engage with the client to take a will instruction.
Assist in the collection and encouragement of filing EPB wills into safe custody.
Identify new trends, practices and competitor products in the market in order to facilitate the improvement of products and services.
Liaise with clients and channel management to effectively explain the collaboration between Myriad and Momentum Trust.
Support the flow of information within the manager's office, ensuring that matters requiring their personal attention are handled speedily.
Timeously escalate client complaints and queries to the relevant stakeholders.
Collate, compile and distribute documents to the required standards within defined time-frames.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.
Make recommendations to improve client experience within area of responsibility

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of relevant financial services experience (financial and estate planning, and wills) is desirable.
Grade 12 or equivalent
Relevant Bachelors degree or equivalent
Valid driver's license and own transport.
