I work with Sales Organisations, Managers and Select Individuals, to improve sales performance, implement industry specific sales strategies and cultures that lead to progessive business growth. I provide strategic oversight and serve as executive coach and adviser to clients ranging from small, rapidly growing start-ups to well-established, large corporations. With a 28 year background in Corporate, B2B and High-Level sales, I have led multiple teams to great successes in the high end corporate markets. Due to industry experience, I have worked with organisations and executives within entities such as the Telecoms Industry, Siemens, Saratoga, Capgemini, Accenture, Old Mutual, Sanlam, BWI and many others, to help them improve sales performance. I am a visionary and out of the box thinker, with the ability to see opportunities and design strategies that grow sales in any market place. As keynote speaker, I have addressed hundreds of meetings and organisations on the world of selling, what has changed and how we should adapt in the new digital era.
