JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the operational delivery of cost effective outsourced and facility management services to two of our
CBRE GWS Local FM was formed following the acquisition of Norland Managed Services and Johnson Controls Global Workplace Solutions by CBRE. We continue to be dedicated to creating a challenging and rewarding working environment for all of our people, backed up with award-winning training and a real career path that can go all the way to Board Level. We currently have 6 divisions: Corporate Services, Critical Environments, Global Data Centre Solutions, Facilities Management, National Accounts & EMEA Services. These acquisitions have added market-leading capabilities for CBRE to self-perform building technical engineering services in its UK and EMEA business, providing its client base with fully-integrated outsourcing services in the region. As part of CBRE GWS we can now provide a total building services offering.
