Why do we do what we do?

If you wanted a toy or even condoms, you'd invariably have to visit a dark and dingy adult shop in the sketchy part of town. We wanted to change that and so created a high-end e-commerce store that focuses on providing customers with exceptional products, competitive prices, discreet delivery and efficient post-sales service.
What do we focus on?
At Matilda's, the customer comes first. Excellent service forms the foundation of our company and we work hard every day to make our customers happy. In fact, we're in the business of creating happiness: nothing pleases us more than knowing we're having a positive impact on the lives of our customers.
