Values and Vision
We believe in hard work, ethical interaction, a fair price and high quality deliverables. One of Scibotron’s main purposes, is to continuously build alongside other engineering companies (with a similar outlook) - towards the restoration, renewal and maintenance of the engineering industry and the South African economy. It is our dream for the South African engineering industry to stay current with global technological advancements, and also lead the world forward through our unique and effective solutions.
Scibotron operates on a 'flat’ 2-tiered company structure consisting of Directors and Employees/Freelancers. This allows for a simple communication model that ensures efficiency. Our matrix organisation structure allows for teams to be quickly and efficiently structured.
Scibotron’s employment structure is made up of a core team of permanent employees and a group of part-time resources known as "freelancers”. Freelancers are experts that are employed on a project-to-project basis and compensated on a deliverables-based system. This allows Scibotron to match the right expert with the project, allow for flexible and dynamic scaling, and provide the best commercial solution to the client by keeping overhead costs low.
