Recruitment Consultant at Ad Dynamo

Responsibilities

• Control and develop the recruitment process
• Conduct interviews along side Team Leads
• Research job requirements based on industry knowledge and team lead requirements
• Create and maintain a standard key performance indicator process across our business
• Recommending new personnel policies, approaches, and procedures
• Head-hunt & Manage a talent pipeline
• Implement new sourcing methods
• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and regulations
• Report on recruitment efforts
• Basic functions in Human Resources

Requirements

• Relevant certificate or diploma
• 2-5 years experience as a recruiting manager/consultant/talent manager
• Knowledge of South African labour law and practices and regulation compliance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Time management and organisational skills
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing (advantageous)
