    Administrator / Receptionist

    • Implementing security procedures according to organisational requirements
    • Maintaining a clean and safe reception area according to organisational requirements
    • Ensure availability of all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
    • Creating and maintaining a presentable reception area
    • Process incoming and outgoing telephone calls
    • Receive, consult and direct visitors in a reception area
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
    • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
    • Update calendars and schedule meetings
    • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying and scanning
    • Administration
    • Capturing of learner details
    • Uploading of learner details on SETA portals

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Administrator, Front Office Representative or similar role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Hands-on experience with office equipment
    • Grade 10; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
