    Affiliate Growth Manager

    OVERALL PURPOSE

    Lulalend is South Africa’s first and only online and automated business-lending platform aimed at providing small and medium businesses with quick access to funding to help them grow. We use data, technology, and design to efficiently deliver capital to a market underserved by banks.We are looking for a go-getter to help us grow our business through our affiliate partner network. We have a large network of affiliate partners that work directly with SMEs and when those businesses need funding the affiliate partner refers them to us. The aim of this role is to take our affiliate partner network business to the next level!  We envisage that the role is largely office-based and focused on interacting with affiliate partners over the phone and occasionally in person, but we also expect the successful candidate to apply their minds and help define what works best. Main responsibilities will include:

    • Grow our affiliate partner network in South Africa
    • Maximise overall growth and business leads from our affiliate partner network
    • Drive engagement with affiliate partners
    • Identify, qualify and get affiliates uploaded onto the platform
    • Weekly interaction with existing affiliates to maintain relationships
    • Work with our marketing team to develop and implement a marketing strategy for our affiliate partners
    • Provide support to affiliates where needed
    • Understand our platform in its entirety with special focus on the affiliate portal
    • Suggest updates to the affiliate portal to improve affiliate interaction and results
    • Understand and keep up to date on the latest technology developments and technical issues affecting your accounts

    THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Degree/Diploma in finance/business/marketing or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience
    • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets in dealing with business customers in a sales role within a fast-paced environment
    • Bonus point for partnerships experience
    • Passionate about delivering an experience above and beyond expectations
    • Strong numeracy abilities
    • Solid research skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
