    Analytics Manager

    he Analytics Manager will be responsible for the set-up of analytics data, including insights and tracking of digital marketing channels, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, developing solutions using Google Cloud to deliver predictions and insights across App, Web, and Offline environments.

    The role will require you to create dashboards, visualizations, and overall analysis that provide valuable solutions to optimize spend, conversion rates, business strategies and utilize the data to assist clients in solving real problems and achieve their business ROI’s.

    You will need to:

    • Understand business needs and KPI’s.
    • Effective data analysis and reporting.
    • Creatively audit, configure, and implement analytics solutions.
    • Oversee all analytics implementation to correct discrepancies and ensure quality output.
    • Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance.
    • Compose case studies that are distributed on the website.
    • Retrieving data from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and other sources.
    • Analyze data to support and determine digital marketing strategies.
    • Creatively audit, configure and implement Tag manager solutions.
    • The rollout of new Server Side Analytics configurations.
    • Data layer management.
    • Providing external and internal training on Google Analytics, Tag solutions.


    • Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Must have strong computer skills, preferably familiarity with Google Suite products.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to come up with new, creative solutions.
    • Exceptional communication skills to effectively message verbally and in writing, using a variety of communication methods to build productive relationships.
    • Prioritizes and completes tasks with a concern for all the details involved; monitors and checks work for accuracy.
    • Increase knowledge bypassing all Google Marketing exams.
    • Easily adapts to change in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organizational culture, or work environment.
    • Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment.
    • Google Analytics and the new GA4 (Firebase Analytics).
    • Good understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Layer implementation, and other analytics tools.
    • Practical experience with Big Query.
