Role Summary:
Responsible of the management of the HR Shared Services team. He/she manages a group of teams to deliver HR Services and provides leadership, direction and prioritization of work. S/he has primary responsibility to drive the success of the HRSS providing consistent, efficient and outstanding customer service across the HR functions in the scope, including, but not limiting, payroll and employee administration, learning and development delivery, internal mobility, HRIS support, rewards delivery and vendor management. He/She participates in the cluster HRC and oversees the standardization of functions and process improvement in order to significantly reduce the cost in providing services and reduce the HRBP team’s involvement in administrative tasks.
