Our continued growth has necessitated the appointment of 2 x Architectural Technologists within our Sibaya, Durban studio. The roles will fulfill a critical component of the Architectural process and reports into a Design, Development & Implementation (Phase 3.5-4-5-6) Team Leader.

A member of the Design, Development & Implementation team is a key role in fulfilling the COA mandate to deliver a quality product, finished to the highest standards, on budget, on time and within the given scope. This position requires being a proactive team player, excellent time management skills and taking on responsibility for own tasks to ensure the Design Concept is developed through Council, Tender and Construction Documentation, supporting the project Architect to bring the project through to completion.

The successful candidate/s will

• have an appropriate qualification (BAS/NDip/Btech),
• be excited by the opportunities which the BIM environment brings to Architecture
• have a minimum of 5 years architectural/technologist experience
• Would, preferably (strongly preferred) have ArchiCAD experience but will consider Autocad as a base from which to grow ArchiCAD skillset
• Has a bias for action and ownership of self-development
• Is excited and committed to delivery of required outcomes

• Able to rise to the challenge of a demanding work enviroment with the ability to adapt and be flexible
• Be available to start soonest
