Assistant Manager at Mowana Spa

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of the operations of beauty, and retail in the spa
• Focusing mainly on training and staff development, and scheduling of employees
• Interact directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction with spa services and personnel

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) and NQF level 6 (Diploma) in skincare or beauty specialization
• CIDESCO / SAAHSP accreditation or ITEC essential; Assessor and moderator certification is advantageous
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience within same or similar position in the Spa industry
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
