Associate Attorney at Gunston Strandvik Attorneys

General Responsibilities:

• Fully independent oversight of conveyancing transactions (both transfers and bonds) from inception of instruction to registration thereof.
• Interacting with Estate Agents and other key stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer.
• Minimum of 3 years post articles experience in a conveyancing practice.
• Candidates must have strong numeracy skills to enable them to deal with and finalise any financial aspects of a conveyancing transaction.
• A well balanced individual with high EQ, good people skills, client centric and the ability to interact very well with Estate Agents.
• Strong drive and initiative, combined with a humble, trustworthy and accountable disposition.
• Own car and drivers license.

Salary:
