    Talent and Senior Talent Managers - Pretoria Based

We help people upskill and gain new perspectives which reman with them their entire lives, many returning to South Africa upskilled and globally invigorated.

    We have offices in Irleand, London, Cape Town and Pretoria.

    We look and sound different to traditional recruitment firms, despite the output appearing broadly similar.  Its like getting from A to B. Your experince in a Ferrari will surpass that in a Skoda. At Gap we strive daily to be the Ferrari of the talent industry. 

    Talent Professionals have an emphasis on engaging with the talent (candidates) and are expected and coached to have a very high degree of engagement. In order to change someones life, you need to know and understand them first.

    Based in our Pretoria office your mission will be to

    • Source and interact with audit professionals of all levels.
    • Utilise networking, Linked In, our in house database and use your inititive for webinars, and ssocial media to attract talent professionals.Have the ability to form relationships, to gain the trust of the individuals you deal with, in order to be able to support them and know where you stand with them
    • You will need to understand the clients we work with, and be expected to have strong influencing skills, able to sell the benefits that our clients roles will offer them
    • You will need a high level of drive and ambition. We are an ambitous company and we set ambitous goals and we need driven people to help achieve those goals.
    • We work in a high performance environment. You will have annual targets that you will be expected to acheive, and we will help you acheive. You will not be micro-managed but you will be guided. If a performance enviornment is where you thrive, this is for you!
    • You will be fascinated by people, what makes them tick, what drives them, how to engage with them. You will love the variety in the stories you will hear daily. 
    • Selling, and the ability to sell our clients roles and locations is critical in this role.

You will be expected to have the ability to work with our advanced systems and be organised, able to follow a process, be professional and be self-driven.

    Please get in touch if you 

    • Have a background in recruitment - this is a must
    • Ideally have an understanding of audit and finance - this is not essential and can be taught, but would be beneficial
    • Are inspired to change lives

    • You dont enjoy performance environments and the ability to strive towards and meet targets
    • You have a 'fear of the engagement' be it on the phone, email or in person. 
    • This is just a job to pay the rent. 

    Next Steps

    We were experiencing rapid growth of more than 30% per annum year-on-year prior to Covid -19. Our aim is to develop a pipeline of talented motivated people that can help us when the market returns to normal in the next 6 months.

    These roles are not immediately available to be clear and upfront, but as and when demand lifts and we have capacity we would look to offer and start. We appreciate this sounds a bit 'vague' : rest assured we would not be taking up your our our time if we did not expect the uptick to happen.

    Our offices are based in Centurion and the role carries and very decent base with performance incentives and the ability to travel Internationally as part of our incentives you will be elegible for.
