    BEE Administrator

    Purpose of Role:

    • To Maintain a database of vendors in order to ensure compliance with the firm’s BEE targets.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Senior Certificate essential
    • Diploma/certificate/office administration or related qualification preferable
    • 3-5 years’ in a similar role in a professional services environment
    • Working knowledge of Codes of Good Practice on Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment

     
    Key Accountabilities:
    BEE

    • Prepare the submission files of all our BEE information to be submitted to our Rating Agency, Empowerdex for annual rating purposes.

    Skills and Development

    • Account for all training and development provided to black staff members including black women, Indian, coloured and Asian staff members to ensure that we obtain the maximum points under Skills Development.
    • Run a Report for Skills Development, obtain all the supporting documentation on training delivered during the preceding month and remove non-black training delegates from the list.

     
    General

    • Loading all personal information such as ID’s and Passports obtained, and load onto my personal secure folder to avoid delays.
    • Assist in obtaining and uploading all the details of our staff at the South African offices for updating on the travel system.
    • Attend to general administrative duties when and where required.
    • Compiling of Audit Reports as requested by clients
    • Correspondence with auditors

    • Develop and maintain relationships with all individuals below management level as a trusted administration resource
    • Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of staff as a trusted resource.
