Bulk Switches Administrator at Momentum Corporate

Loading of individual and bulk member asset planner fees, bulk switches, and the necessary setups for scheme investments. Responding to home loan queries, values, and agreements to ensure a great client experience.

Responsibilities and work outputs

• Loading onto the administration system asset planner fees such as contribution-based asset planner fees; asset-based asset planner fees; a combination of contribution and asset planner fees; asset planner fees for a multiple of members
• Checking that the switch form is completed fully and correctly.
• Checking that the relevant authorised signatories have signed the switch form
• Ensuring that all outstanding information is followed up on a regular basis
• Ensuring that the switch is processed accurately and timeously and sent to be authorised
• Sending out a Confirmation letter once the switch has processed
• Loading the home loan agreement on the Admin system
• Processing a home loan quote on Admin system
• Checking the admin system to ensure there are no rejections
• Releasing the task on the Admin system
• Assisting with the resolution of all queries
• Building and maintain relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders
• Delivering on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
• Participating and contributing to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback, and provides exceptional client service
• Providing first-time resolution on queries.
• Dealing with client requests in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.

Requirements and Experience

•  A relevant financial degree would be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years experience in Employee Benefits industry
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas etc.)
• Attention to detail
• Excellent numerical & analytical ability
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to strict processing timelines
