Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management/ Finance
• MDP or Leadership Development Programme Training
• 5+ years expereince in general banking (practices and procedures)
• 3+ years  spent in the Business Banking environment. 
• 3+ years managerial experience
• Experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications (essential)
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and sales management is essential.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Managing Local Market (MLM) Sales principles and practices to manage and optimise retention and growth within the Centre.
• Financial Modeling capability, activity based costing, financial analysis (evaluating and identifying trends), complex cash flow cycles (industry/ sector specific)
• Knowledge of Credit principles and practices - understanding of credit application, securities and balance sheet requirements.
• Legal entities (companies, close corporations, sole proprietorships etc.) in the commercial market and the legislative restrictions and requirements governing these from a financial services perspective.
• Good understanding of current taxation laws.
• Working knowledge of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) and the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
