    Business Development Associate

    Role Purpose:

    As a technology-driven company, you will be working closely with a Wealth Manager and international private clients to understand their banking and investment requirements, key financial planning needs and current portfolio status. In this remote position you are required to introduce the unique portfolio of deVere products to clients.

    This will involve effective and assured English communication skills to incorporate information gathering/fact finding. Once the Pandemic is over, you must be willing to travel/relocate to our Dubai office to continue and complete your training.

    So how would your day shape up? You will:

    • Consistently exceed your quota by growing, retaining, and prospecting clients within your sales territory.
    • Spend most of your time on the phone engaging with prospective clients
    • Conducting market research into the country, demographics, and clients’ needs to ensure that every call adds value first.
    • Be responsible for a combination of new business development and managing existing clients across a defined territory.

    You will need:

    • Have a minimum of 1-year telesales experience.
    • The ability to manage you time efficiently and autonomously.

    • To be naturally inquisitive, highly ambitious and driven to be successful.
    • To be a proactive individual who enjoys taking responsibility for your performance.
