A typical day at the office will include:

• Developing a business analysis approach in project execution or investigation;
• Leading the definition and review of business processes;
• Facilitating business requirements workshops or sessions to elicit and define system requirements;
• Participating in solution design workshops; and,
• Contributing to the development of testing and training materials.

To apply, you need to have a relevant 3-year IT or Business related qualification coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ Business/Process Analysis experience, preferably within Customer/Marketing, Online and Mobile areas. A Faculty Training Institute Business Analysis qualification will be advantageous to your application.

You will have to rely on your working knowledge of relevant methodology and tools (e.g. Process modelling tools, project management methodologies - Waterfall, Agile Scrum etc) as well as your expert knowledge in delivering typical business analysis artefacts to succeed in this role.

You need to have proven experience in leading solution design workshops and the ability to research technology-related concepts, trends and best practices and applying the findings. You must be able to present problem analysis and a recommended solution rather than just identifying and describing the problem itself.
