Business Process Analyst at PEP

Finding and realising efficiencies within the Finance team and assisting with reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Identification of inefficient business processes within finance;
•     Spec, plan and implement process improvement projects in collaboration with existing business partners within the business (including IT);
•     Deal with specific shortcomings as identified by Internal Audit;
•     Support the Finance Department during the major SAP implementation process;
•     Bring innovative ideas regarding financial information communication to the business
•     Automation of financial reports;
•     EFTs and other payment authorizations;
•     Reviewing financial and admin processes/reports;
•     Assist with month-end reporting;
•     Ad-hoc assignments as required.

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

•     Chartered Accountant/CIMA preferred
•     2-4 years after article experience
•     Computer literacy: MS Excel/Google Sheets (Advanced);
•     Data analytics and technical skills
•     Excellent problem-solving and solution implementation
•     Excellent project management skills;
•     Change management Skills
•     Understanding of financial systems & controls
•     Sound business acumen
•     Good interpersonal skills
