• Strategy operationalisation including supporting the CEO in strategic execution
• Group financial reporting and preparation and review of annual financial statements, country and Group consolidations

• Investor reporting in accordance with PE requirements and compliance with investor regulations and JV partner and minority shareholder management
• Preparation of all board and sub-committee packs.

• Qualifications/Specific experience:
• CA(SA) with significant post qualifying experience in senior financial management roles and CFO / FD experience
• International taxation, financial structuring and mergers and acquisitions
• Group integrated financial reporting using multiple currencies
• Treasury management and debt/capital raising
• Board and related committee exposure and interaction
• Exchange controls and interaction with the SARB
• Demonstrated leadership and staff management capabilities
• Complex financial business dealing with multiple countries and multiple currencies
• Implementation of financial systems especially related to working capital and managing cross border taxation
• Leveraging technology to augment the financial management function
• SAP Business 1 and practical exposure to costing and stock management packages
