We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (Contract role, initially 3 – 6 month period) , Based in Johannesburg, working for a major Oli & Gas organsiation.
The Chief Financial Officer will lead and manage full financial and commercial functions including budgeting, reporting, financial and risk management, with a focus on sound corporate governance whilst getting actively involved in operational matters. Main functions include financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, financial processing, supply chain, debt management, risk management, process improvement and working capital management. Company is majority owned by a JSE listed company. Position reports to the Subsidiary MD and the Board with a dotted line to the Group CFO.

- Formulate Corporate Strategy and Prepare Strategic Plan

Required minimum work experience
- Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years experience. Previous experience with subsidiaries of JSE listed companies and industry knowledge would be advantageous.
