    Client Partner

    As a Key Account Manager (KAM), your role will be to manage sales and delivery for strategic customer accounts. The KAM is accountable is the overall lead for the relationship between LTI & it’s client, and responsible for both farming (up-sell and cross-sell) and will work in partnership with the Key Delivery Manager to ensure the overall health of the account. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth from the account by:

    • Developing strategic relationships with decision makers in the account
    • Creating and sharing sales success stories
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction through world class delivery

    As a Key Account manager, your main responsibilities will be to

    • Identify the opportunities of growth in the account and to lead the account strategy.
    • Drive the penetration in customers’ business units
    • Maintain a comprehensive account growth strategy
    • Continuously build relationship with Decision Makers within the account and become a trusted advisor to the customer
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty and quality of experience
    • Along with the delivery team, ensure cross-geographic synergies in delivery execution and orchestrate internal resources to give customer an enhanced delivery experience
    • Mentor and nurture your next line of leadership in the account team

    Your profile

    • 10 years experiences minimum
    • Graduated from a business school, an engineer or an equivalent.
    • Experience in Solutions Selling and IT/Engineering Services as well as in account management with major BFSI accounts
    • Domain and have managed deals from the identification, construction, pre-sale and transfer phases to technical teams on significant projects
    • Entrepreneurial, and autonomous: you want a new exciting role to build & impact the market
    • You will have a natural deep interest in technology, especially emerging trends, and will be able to articulate the impact of these trends on business models
    • You will be able to lead the customer towards solutions which are beneficial to them, through thought leadership & through being a trusted partner
