    Commercial Finance Manager

    • This position provides accurate system economics analysis, value chains and benchmarks. Supports Senior System Analyst in guiding the business by providing deep understanding of the financial condition, financial insights and economics of the system.
    • Supports Finance organization on system thinking related to financial policies, programs, company investments, long-range goals and objectives, while taking into account a broad system approach.
    • Contributes to develop and provide details for a holistic view of the value creation across the system in order to support Region Finance Managers to identify risks & opportunities across the system within its specific Region.
       

    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    Contributes in providing a complete view of the value creation across the system

    • Understands, applies and articulates accounting and tax implications of all value sharing models.
    • Determines value creation between all parties from suppliers to consumers by preparing the system value chain for sparkling and stills
    • Perform financial analysis to determine annual Pricing Increase impact for the System at net sales revenue using system value chains
    • Prepare System Health Framework Financials to value share discussion across Bottlers
    • Provides accurate system economics analysis and reports and supports Senior SE Analyst with developing financials insights
    • Supports Senior System Economics Analyst to analyze and assess gaps and to identify revenue growth opportunities and commercial opportunities
    • Understands and develop the system revenue strategic framework from Long-Term (Long Range Plan) to yearly projections
    • Supports in defining system investment and program risks and provides input to recommendations like:
      • Bottler support investments, rebates
      • Cold Drink Equipment and Bottler Capital Investments, etc
    • Performs financial analysis and performance tracking for investment decisions
      • New launches (extension, delist)
      • Cold Drink Equipment investments
      • Different OBPPC structures
      • Pre, post launch analysis
    • Develop Customer system value chains to support the Customer and Commercial Teams
    • Prepare analysis required for Group and ad-hoc Business Unit (BU President, BUFD and Franchise GM).
       

    Implement financial guidelines within SEABU relating to:

    • System Health Framework Guidelines
    • Concentrate Pricing models by Country
    • Incidence (gross or Net)
    • Fixed Pricing
    • 50/50 Sharing
    • New product development guidelines
    • Participates in Collaborative Partnerships with Stakeholders (BU/Region Finance, Technical)Related Experience Requirements/ Qualifications
    • Supports Senior SE Analyst, Region System Economics Manager and Region Finance Manager in interactions between Business Unit and Internal/External Stakeholders.
    • Ensures Region Finance Managers are supported in the area of System Economics.
    • Support the Senior SE Analyst with collaborative cross functional discussions involving business cases
    • Minimum of Postgraduate/Master’s degree
    • At least 5 years of work experience in a multinational environment with financial analysis.
    • Chartered Accountant (SA) or CIMA, required
