Monitoring and Tracking vehicles

• Monitor the panic buttons on the bulk banking vehicles on a web-based software
• Verify on the system if trucks are at correct locations before codes are issued.
• Monitor any tempering with monitoring devices on the system.
• Monitor speeding of trucks - exceeding the speed limit by 15 km/h must be reported
• Contract drivers and inform them of behavioural inconsistencies and escalate where needed
• If triggered then inform the BSO and Branch Manager
• Branch to provide feedback after the above report.
• Make notes on the system for future reference
• OB (occurrence book)to be completed - inform BSO and Branch Managers of poor driver behaviour

Submitting Reports

• Send weekly alarm test and zone descriptions to BSO and Branch Management, NCC manager as well as National Health and Safety Manager
• Send report daily to NCC Manager
• Submit vehicle information report as and when requested by controllers.
• Habitual offenders to be brought to Management's attention immediately

Health and safety

• Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year.
• Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks
• Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
• Discuss all safety incidents
• Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/management
• Attend safety education and refresher programs
• Comply with safety policies and procedures at workplace
• Distribute safety information as and when required

 

The Ideal Candidate

The Ideal Candidate:

• Grade 12
• Computer literacy
• Telephone etiquette skills
• 2 years relevant experience
• Call centre experience
