    Customer Care Manager

    Your Responsibilities

    • Active management of all financial reports and tools in the branch to ensure maximum revenue and cost management
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with major clients and ensuring their needs are met
    • Ensuring that all employees are adequately trained to perform their current and future functions, aligned with K+N guidelines and other divisional frameworks
    • Driving the management of performance of all teams in the branch for compliance with work instructions and overall performance standards.
    • Staying abreast of all market related services and rates and ensuring that clients are advised of any rate or service amendments from any supplier, sub-contractor or carrier
    • Monitoring and management of financial performance and operational issues.
    • Daily monitoring of all branch roles and tasks via relevant tracking tools to prioritize urgent and overdue tasks estimating and assisting with estimates and ensuring that they are countersigned
    • Collaborating with the Sales Department with regards to sell rates and approval thereof in the relevant quotation tool
    • Regular performance and business reviews (QBR’s) and post QBR action item execution Close collaboration with relevant National Key Account Managers to support optimization of processes

    Your Skills And Experiences

    • You have Bachelors / First University Degree and Apprenticeship / Vocational Course, preferably have Professional Certification
    • You have minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management and Leadership
    • You have minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics operations at managerial level, Comprehensive knowledge of air & sea operations, Excellent commercial and business experience
    • You have demonstrated ability to analyses a P&L and provide constructive feedback
    • Advanced level of computer literacy and experience in use and advanced ability to manipulate data and prepare useful reports for management decision making
    • You have ability to provide direction and structure to operational teams to align with standard operating procedures and shared services requirement
    • Excellent understanding of the sea freight market and ability to research, analyses and interpret trends through advanced data manipulation in Excel
    • You speak English
