Customer Service Representative at Jotun

This position is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming Permanent.

Responsibilities

• First level responsibility for Reception responsibilities including ordering of office consumables, maintain branch registers and provide administrative support to Johannesburg branch.
• Process internal and external customer orders by using all systems necessary to ensure deliveries are made on time in full; track and trace outstanding open orders and take responsibility for any future/back orders.
• Co-ordinate with other departments/Sales team and the end user in an accurate and efficient manner resulting in the best service possible to the customer.
• Prepare quotations in accordance with sales team’s requests and with direct correspondence to the customer and be responsible for invoicing with correct pricing structures to minimise errors, credits and complaints.
• Provide sales support and assistance to customers and Sales Reps, working proactively with sales team and technical support to ensure that customers receive the highest achievable level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• 3-5 years experience in similar position
• Strong Administration and Customer Service Skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Computer literacy essential
• Good command of verbal and written English and Afrikaans languages
