    Cyber Security Project Manager

    Requirements:

    • Degree
    • Experience in the Technology, Security or Telecommunications industry
    • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
    • 10 years’ experience in leading cyber and Cyber Security related programs
    • Deep knowledge and understanding technical security controls
    • In-depth knowledge of and experience in security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, risk management, incident management, threat management.

    Duties:

    • Build, lead and support the cross-functional team by developing a strong project vision of successes and nurturing strong relationships and trust within the team – lead from the front, always confident and supportive.
    • Direct and motivate the cross-functional project team by creating a clear, shared sense of purpose and keeping them informed of all project plans and issues.
    • Help the team identify and manage all stakeholders appropriately.
    • Assist the team with the core skills required to deliver projects effectively including project planning, risk management, change management, financial governance, stakeholder and supplier management
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Senior Stakeholders.
    • Oversee dashboard reporting and status updates in relation to Project Delivery milestones and agreed KPI’s.
    • Identify and raise Risks & Issues to the Programme / Portfolio / Projects as appropriate.
    • Contribute to the analysis and tracking of progress against all security control deliveries.
    • Supervise development, maintenance and assurance of a Long-Range Plan / Pipeline of viable projects based on robust cost / benefit analysis.
    • Understand and manage the impact of de-scoped / deferred project deliverables and factor into the Principal Specialist - Cyber Security Strategy or Corporate Risk Register.
    • Be active member of Principal Specialist - Cyber Security Leadership team, responsible for delivery strategic Principal Specialist - Cyber Security objectives.
