Data Subject Access Request Manager at Refinitiv

Role Purpose And Responsibilities

• Received Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR’s), request required documentation and acknowledge receipt
• Liaise with Research, revise researcher feedback response, request further clarity where needed before sending summary to Legal
• Liaise with Legal team to finalise report information and content updates inclusive of suggested response to complainant for approval by Legal team
• Respond to complainant following response and content approval by legal team

• Extensive World-Check guidelines knowledge: Inclusion and Retention Criteria
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written skills
• Team player / collaborative and to be supportive and focused
• Must able to liaise/set forth information/recommendations received in a fact driven, comprehensive and WC /GDPR compliant manner to the Legal team
• Good understanding of the WC process in line with the GDPR specifically the purposes of our processing data
• Must be time conscious to be able to be complaint with GDPR substantive response deadlines
• Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills
• Ability to be adaptive and cognisant of multiple DSARs case handling
• To record and maintain DSAR case information for Audit purposes ensuring the storage, arrangement and indexing of the received and completed DSARs within email and One Trust platform.

Certifications / Education

• 3 Years World-Check Research experience
• ACAMS qualification a recommendation
