Digital Designer at Flint Studio

As a designer you would be responsible for creative ideation, designing all things digital from the web to social to mobile, and various graphic design projects.

Duties:

• Design of UI elements including website, web systems and mobile app interface elements
• Design of responsive layouts
• Develop and collaborate on wireframes and prototypes
• Work closely with the copywriting team on any creative assets needed including key visuals, banners, blog posts, ebooks, social media posts, emails etc.
• Design vector illustrations for characters, icons, animations, infographics etc.
• Ensure design is in line with user experience, usability and best practice
• Conceptualise and flesh out campaign elements from the key visual to the specific assets - ads, emails, banners etc
• Design of email templates, in line with best practices
• From time-to-time there may be requirements for general graphic design
• Forge and execute exciting digital ideas
• Support other designers and members of the team

Requirements

• Diploma or degree
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid experience with XD (or similar), Illustrator, Photoshop (Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Digital design capabilities
• In-depth digital design capabilities
• An understanding of the digital landscape including inbound marketing, social media, web development, etc.

Advantageous

• HTML, CSS and Front-end development
• Animation skills
• Experience with user interface design patterns, user experience, developing personas, user journeys and wireframes etc
• Print and large-format design capabilities
• Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro (Adobe Creative Cloud)
