    Digital Marketer

    What your role looks like

    • Conceiving digital media plans for campaigns
    • Building and scheduling campaigns for Facebook and Google via their management platforms
    • Owning our search marketing: creating new ads and optimising existing ones, and feeding back your SEO insights to our Web team
    • Owning our suppliers’ campaigns via our channels
    • Being accountable for the performance of media spend, allocating it between channels, analysing and reporting back on target metrics, and recommending improvements
    • Pushing for constant improvement of our spend efficiency and effectiveness
    • Creative conceptualisation of campaigns, including briefing our design team
    • Keeping up to date with new functionalities being released in key channels, and pushing for experimentation and learning

    Qualifications

    What experience and skills you need for the role

    • At least 2 years’ experience being individually responsible for
      • Scheduling digital media campaigns on Facebook and Google
      • Creating and optimising Google search ads
      • Reporting back on campaign performance and optimising future plans
    • Skilled user of Google Ad Manager and Facebook Business Manager, in creating, tracking, managing and reporting on campaigns
    • Skilled user of Google Analytics, ideally with the ability to configure or suggest enhanced measurement techniques for a retail/e-commerce implementation
    • Skilled spreadsheet user with experience in analyses and reporting on large number sets
    • Experience working as part of a marketing team, collaborating on projects and having a role in assessing effective brand communication
    • Confidence in copywriting
