    Manager Talent Acquisition & Assessment

    Job Purpose

    • This role is accountable for implementing Talent Acquisition and assessments and driving a culture of talent attraction and direct sourcing through various forums. Determining current staffing requirements across the permanent and contractor workforce, forecasting demands, leading employment brand initiatives, developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

    Job Objective

    • Designs and implements the Talent acquisition strategy
    • Promotes direct sourcing channels
    • Through the central Group Assessment centre ensures assessments are administration and feedback of psychometrics is provided to candidates.
    • Manages the administration of skills audits and works side by side with the learning team
    • Facilitates the design and development of career paths.
    • Researches and recommends new product solutions to increase breadth of sourcing channels.
    • Analyses relevant data, formulates views and opinions and makes recommendations taking practice impacts into account.
    • Consults with HR Business Partners on all aspects of Talent Acquisition policies and processes.
    • Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all hiring managers within the required time frame and assist to obtain all necessary approvals for candidate recruitment
    • Determine all recruitment and market mapping strategies for all executive and critical roles in conjunction with the HCE
    • Provide subject matter expertise in all staffing policies and processes and maintain knowledge on all EEA and FSC regulations
    • Provide an annual workforce plan which include permanent employees and contractors
    • Lead the team and provide expertise and guidance on talent acquisition

    Skills and Experience

    • Proven experience working as a Talent Acquisition specialist, with experience using online sourcing platforms.

    Education

    • Bachelors Degree (B) (Required)

    People Change Management

    Job Purpose

    • This role is accountable for leading a number of projects. The role develops an integrated change plan and is individually accountable for the execution of the plan over periods of 1-2 years.

    Job Objective

    • Researches and implement best practices for change management on the change project.
    • Identifies and analyses the change impact for the overall project.
    • Develops the integrated change strategy and plan.
    • Establish a sponsorship plan and on-board sponsors.
    • Develops the change brand.
    • Develops the communications or ensures that the Segment communications team develops the communications plan.
    • Develops the stakeholder engagement plan.
    • Develops the training plan based on a detailed needs assessment.
    • Develops the team development plan.
    • Establishes the appropriate change methodology, practices and templates.
    • Identifies the change agent network, on-boards change agents and continously maintains the change agent network
    • Executes on the change strategy and plans.
    • Measures the effectiveness of change interventions on a continous basis and through the change agent network take corrective actions.
    • Ensures that stakeholders execute on their roles in the change plan.
    • Ensures that post-go live support is available.
    • Identifies, manages and mitigates change management risks and issues.
    • Manages change budget.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant Degree Business knowledge/understanding
    • 4 years + Change Management experience
