    General Sales Manager

    Main Purpose of the job: 

    General Sales Manager to lead stores sales, marketing and fulfilment staff to achieve volume and customer margin targets by developing sound sales tactical plan, collaborate with all other functions on store level to optimize route to market and continue to drive reduction in operating cost, by still ensuring customer service excellence to trade

    Key performance areas:

    • Plan and Resource to achieve growth targets in sales area
    • Analyze and interpreted sales and market information to ensure volume/profit growth
    • Execute General Sales Plan
    • Build capability through coaching and collaboration
    • Review and improve performance
    • Fulfilment Operations, Optimization & Customer Service
    • Manage the Marketing and Customer Care Portfolio
    • Team Leadership

    Minimum Academic Requirements, Professional Qualifications, and Experience

    • Have the relevant and recognized tertiary qualification (at Diploma or Degree level)
    • 3-5years management experience in similar environment
