Roles & Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for managing the reservations and marketing divisions of the group.
• Overseeing reservation processes along with the team. Managing and implementing administrative and reservations systems and processes.
• Working closely together with the team and delegating tasks to ensure the successful delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Provide all of the group affiliate companies with support marketing and reservations/bookings services. This includes companies from other various industries like construction, FMCG, Education etc.
• Include working closely with suppliers within the hospitality industry.
• Managing customer relations and online reviews through CRM system, TripAdvisor and our direct customer service line.
• Managing the team by delegating tasks, reviewing performance and discipline.
• Responsible for all marketing related administration as well as the implementation of administrative processes to ensure optimal business operations.
• Liaison on all systems between 3rd part suppliers & the company.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 Year in a Similar Management Role - Sales, Marketing & Reservations.
• Additional Hospitality Qualifications will be an advantage.
• Previous Experience in a reservations role is essential.
• Strong Communications Skills; verbally & written
• Professionalism

• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Highly organized with an attention to detail.
• Tech Savvy
• At least 2-3 years experience within the hospitality industry
