    Group Security Manager

    PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:

    • To manage the group security for the hospital group across all hospital facilities
    • This role reports directly into the Chief Operations Manager

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric with relevant qualification and/or extensive experience in security management for complex organisation
    • Must have managed multiple facilities in security management
    •  Minimum 5+ years experience as a security manager or similar position

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • The preservation of each hospital’s security and mitigation of all related risks
    • Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of the appropriate security protocols.
    • Ensure the safety of Management, Doctors, staff, and patients within and around each of the hospitals.

    Conduct Meeting:

    • Conducting meetings of a security nature at all the group Hospitals on a structured and regular basis engaging with management, staff and service providers.

    Surveillance

    • Monitor, maintain and record CCTV Footage
    • Monitor the performance and adherence to service level agreements of the Security officers stationed at the Hospitals and report to Senior Management daily.

    Investigations

    • The investigation of all appropriate offences and reporting on the findings.
    • Engage with the relevant police and regulatory authorities when required.
    • Ensure that Senior Management is immediately made aware of all security incidents that occur within the Hospitals.

    Monitor attendance registers

    • Peruse the daily Attendance Registers pertaining to Security officers time and attendance
    • Confirming the hours worked.

    Evaluation

    • Conducting the evaluations of the security staff and service providers.
    • Perform security process inspections on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
