    Growth Consultant - Inside Sales

    Requirements

    We seek a person who is passionate, intelligent, and hungry. We care most that your personality and your ability to dig into the needs of our clients. You must be a people person—a large part of this job involves being on the phone with entrepreneurs. We engage in a fair amount of email and live chat communication, but we pride ourselves on being personally accessible to our clients. Therefore, the time on the phone is essential.

    If you don't already have a working knowledge of how startups grow, we will teach you. Most people don't, which is why we are here. But you have to demonstrate that you are hungry to learn. If you have experience working with or in a startup, that's a huge plus. We're looking for sales professionals who have demonstrated their ability to walk clients through a sales process from prospecting to close. We need to know you understand how to consult to understand a client's needs and how to close a sale effectively.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
    • Innovatively create strategic lead lists and manage your pipeline
    • Utilize cold outreach to new prospective partners when necessary
    • Build partnerships and sell to new businesses that align our strategic objectives
    • Uncover and develop new commercial opportunities
    • Form a strong understanding of the broader marketing landscape and industry-specific nuances and challenges.
    • Account manages new clients that you have successfully onboarded.
    • Nurture existing client relationships to help them achieve success and maximize their potential with us

    Desired Skills and experience

    • At least 3+ years of proven experience in a sales, account management, or customer success team. Ideally from a B2B background
    • Experience working with SME and large enterprises, specifically within the professional services industry
    • A go-getter attitude with the ability to open doors with senior executives and able to build long-standing relationships
    • Boldly ambitious with a hunger to succeed
    • Consistently meet and exceed targets
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Extremely articulate with excellent communication and written skills
    • A burning desire to develop your skills every day
    • Preferably an understanding of the digital marketing landscape
