    Growth Marketer (Performance Marketer)

    THE ROLE PURPOSE:

    Your objective will be to support and be an integral part of the marketing function and to assist the CMO in delivering growth for FtN. You will be responsible for the acquisition, growth and retention of customers through performance marketing and customer experience across all communication and distribution channels.

     

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Partner with both the product and data teams to conduct quantitative and qualitative research with existing and potential-customers to understand the perceived value and usage of the product features, build out customer segmentation and cohort analysis
    • Work closely with Brand and Editorial to optimise content that drives ROAS
    • Own the acquisition of new users through product efforts such as SEO, referrals, inbound content marketing, organic sales funnel optimisation and performance marketing efforts (Adwords, Facebook, retargeting), and conversion optimization
    • Research and analyse CAC, LTV, Viral Loops, Power User stats and other essential growth science metrics
    • Find opportunities for organic or viral acquisition by collaborating with other departments on innovative solutions
    • Simplify on-boarding and reduce cart abandonment and improve activation rates
    • Increase retention and minimise churn, improve customer support and help build automated communication frameworks through email, push notifications, and potentially grow loyalty through other engagement/incentive programs
    • Increase upselling and cross selling to existing customers across the business

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong knowledge of PPC advertising (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, etc.). Creation, analysis, and execution of our PPC efforts.
    • Good understanding of Social media marketing (content creation, content distribution, audience engagement, etc.).
    • Good understanding of Email Based marketing with knowledge of Active Campaign or similar marketing automation tool.
    • Strong Knowledge of A/B testing, optimisation techniques and bidding strategies
    • Understanding of SEO principles (landing pages, keyword optimization, copywriting, etc.). You will work with an SEO specialist with a deep understanding of SEO concepts. You will need to oversee his/her work from a marketing perspective and campaign goals achievement.
    • Advanced proficiency Excel (including Pivot Tables, dynamic dashboards, array functions, Power Pivots, VBA, etc.)
    • Experience in designing and building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar visualization tool
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
    • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console and Facebook Pixel
    • You're excited to drive cross-functional projects from start to finish yourself as well as through a small, talented team
    • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
    • Excels at operating in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
